The Sub-IBC for Harbin 24th Winter Universiade is located at Yabuli Ski Resort, which is specialized in providingpublic TV signal services for snow competition events in Yabuli. It covers an area of 15,313 sq.m. and neighbors on the Snow Sports Competition Command Center. Six digital studios with different sizes will be established, namely one of400 sq.m., one of 188 sq.m., one of 88 sq.m., and three of 95 sq.m..

Meanwhile, CDT room and non-linear editing room will alsobe set up.Optical fiber is applied to realize signal transmission between the Main IBC and the Sub-IBC, as well as between theMain IBC and the competition venues in downtown Harbin.

The Main IBC in downtown Harbin could provide TV media with HD TV signal services and such services are also available in the Sub-IBC for snow sports in Yabuli.Other services such as the non-linear editing, studios, ENG rental and technical assistance, as well as signal transmission and broadcasting services will all be provided during the games. The need of TV media for program production and broadcast will be fully met. At the competition venues, commentary positions and uni-income will also be offered accordingly.
