History Museum of the Upper Capital of the Jin Dynasty is located 2.5 kilometers from the southern suburb of Acheng City, Heilongjiang Province, to the east is the Site of Huiningfu, one of the sites to be protected at the national level; the south, the original graveyard of the first emperor Wanyan A’guda---Jintaizu Mausoleum Park; and the north, the ancient temple of Jin Dynasty, Baosheng Temple, to be rebuilt. All of these sites form the unique resort of Jin culture.The politics, economy, culture, military affairs and history of Jin Dynasty are shown by pictures, documents, and valuable historical artifacts respectively in 9 exhibition halls. The museum stores over 1500 pieces of cultural relics, including 21 pieces of national first class, such as crouching copper dragon fixed on the emperor’s sedan chair, copper mirror with carp veins and “Cheng’an Baohuo” sycee, precious treasure in the world currency history. It is also worth mentioning that in the nationally famous exhibition hall of copper mirrors, there shows 246 copper mirrors that are made with exquisite craftwork and characterized by their diversified and colorful designs. They reflect the perfect arts and crafts of mirror making in Jin Dynasty, and also provide us valuable materials for historical research.
