April 24,Vice Governor of Heilongjiang Province ,Excutive Chair of the Winter Universiade OC,Mr.Du Jiahao and Mr.Cheng Youdong,Vice Governor of Heilongjiang Province,Vice Chair of the Winter Universiade OC heading to Yabuli inspected the situation of the infrastructure construction progress.With the opening to the Winter Universiade coming up,Du Jiahao and Cheng Youdong indicated,we must take this opportunity to complete the task of the infrastructure construction for the Winter Universiade under the guideline of high quality ,thrift ,enhancement of harmony and perfect effect.
Du Jiahao inspected the South Station Yabuli,Haohanpo Reservior,the road to the scenic area of Daguokui,Snow Sports Competition Command Center,Sub-IBC,Downhill courses and Cableway,Xinhao vocation village and Avaunce square,etc.And he also listened the situation of the infrastructure construction progress for the Winter Universiade.He indicated,as the opening to the Winter Universiade comes up，we must take the good opportunity to finish the last purst by additional hard work.He also emphasized,though the schedule is urgent,we must secure the quality. It was a long-term project,so that we must do the job carefully and strictly whether in the construction frame or in detail.The construction should extend functions not only for the demand of the Winter Universiade,but also in a long-term use.Thus,it could exert the advantadges of skiing,tourism and vocation in Yabuli.What’s more,we should enhance the harmony with facility functions,workpower and related sevices ,especially care about the effective use in the precondition of thrift. In accordance with finance available,we could analyse situations and treat them respectively in security of facilities and equipments.In the end,we could accomplish the reminded tasks perfectly.
Besides,Mr.Du Jiahao did the research in the problems of warm supply and water supply and arraged the related work.
