The designing program of the Torch Plate and Torch for the 24th Harbin Winter Universiade has been defined.
The 24th Harbin Winter Universiade OC publicized notices assembly that the designing program of the torch plate and torch for 24th Harbin Winter Universiade visa newspapers and Internet on July 30th,2007.By scheduled time,the OC received 37 works in total,of which the torch plate amounts to 15 and torch is 22.
Torch Plate
To ensure the fairness,the OC set up the Accrediting Committee under the leadship by Mr.Cheng Youdong,Vice-governor of Heilongjiang Province,Executive Vice-President of the Winter Universiade.
For the designing program of the torch plate,the Accrediting Committee selected one work as best innovated award and eight works as innovated award,which is the same as the torch designing award.
Torch
The torch plate is designed by Harbin Eastern Sacred Flame Advertisement Company.The company perfectly combined the torch plate with city flower(Lilac),which displays the ice and snow characteristic with simple fluid lines and enrich connotation.The torch designed by Harbin Shengdian decoration company stands out from the works with beautiful curling lines pose and elegant tone,which manifests soul of ice and snow in Harbin ,known as pearl city under swan neck(Heilongjiang is just like a flying swan).The innovation embodies the harmoniouness with human,snow,fire and swan.Perfect curve composes the general torch pose,which is suitable to ergonomic with easy-holding .Above two works won the repution and got the best innovated awards.
At last,they were defined as the designing program of the torch plate and torch for 24th Harbin Winter Universiade. |
